Due to limited space, this is a JURIED SHOW.

RULES AND REGULATIONS: For Ages 19 and up.

There are a lot of them, but best to know before hand.

  • $300 fee for TWO DAYS   Allotted space is 10'x10'. $600 for a 10'x20'.

    • Paid within 7 days of acceptance or you will lose your space. 

    • Credit Card (fees apply), Venmo (fees apply), PayPal (fees apply) , Personal Check, Cashier's Check.​

    • Two artists maximum per stand. Both artists need to apply and be accepted in. SOLO Booths have priority of acceptance.

  • All artists must have their own liability insurance: karyn mannix contemporary & Inc. Village of East Hampton

  • Artist is responsible for tent and display. 10'x10' tent MAXIMUM: SANDBAGS ONLY> NO STAKES: *No Exceptions. 

  • *Staff will be on-site to help assist erecting the tent if needed, and for no other personal purpose...

    • *10'X10' pop up tent cost about $60. Google "tent weights" for stake-free weight. (app. $18)

  • All artworks must be work of the displaying artist. All forms of art welcome.​​

  • A person must be present all times, both days of the event, from 10am-5pm.

  • No breaking down before allotted time. Which is Sunday, August 7, 5p.m.

    • if broken down early you will not be able to participate again.​
  • The event director reserves the right to remove any questionable, offensive, or inappropriate work.

  • No vehicles are allowed on the show grounds.

  • Stand areas must always look professional and tidy. 

  • Artists must keep their artwork/storage within allotted space. 

  • You are responsible for your trash removal. 

  • You are responsible for securing your work overnight, either in your tent or remove it. Overnight security will be on premises.  karyn mannix contemporary nor Inc. Village of East Hampton are to be held responsible for damage or theft.

  • No animals.

  • Smoking outside of secured area.

  • Parking in allotted areas  NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.

  • Event is RAIN (unless biblical) or SHINE.

  • REFUNDS: 50% refund by July 14th, 2022. NO REFUND thereafter. No exceptions.

  • Your participation in this event is considered 100% acceptance with all rules and reminders.

LOAD IN

Saturday, August 6,  6am-9am. PLEASE BE FULLY INSTALLED BY 10a.m.

Please be prepared to move your work via dolly or hand truck, or a good friend.

*Overnight security will be on premises BUT YOU are responsible for securing your work overnight, either in your tent or remove it.   karyn mannix contemporary nor Inc. Village of East Hampton are to be held responsible for damage or theft.
